A deeply nurturing and relaxing practice of slow controlled movement and passive stretches that allow the mind and body to settle and release.

Designed to encourage ease of movement within the body and a release in the mind.

Ideal for those new to Pilates and those looking for a softer practice that is both kind in body and mind.

2 hours of Soulful movement followed by some yummy herbal tea and homemade flapjack ♡

Energising Pilates

Join me for an Uplifting and Energising Saturday Morning Practice. A stimulating practice for both body and mind, starting with a mindful mobility session to awaken the joints and muscles followed by a sequence of control focused mixed level Pilates movements. Designed to sequence Pilates movements with one another to form a flow that will bring focus to the mind and awaken the body to the beautiful day ahead. Ideal for those newer to Pilates and those looking for a more invigorating practice that will energise and inspire. 90mins of Energising movement followed by freshly brewed herbal tea and my own homemade energy balls. ♡
