A deeply nurturing and relaxing practice of slow controlled movement and passive stretches that allow the mind and body to settle and release.

Designed to encourage ease of movement within the body and a release in the mind.

Ideal for those new to Pilates and those looking for a softer practice that is both kind in body and mind.

2 hours of Soulful movement followed by some yummy herbal tea and homemade flapjack ♡

Come and join me for a Fun and Fizzy Friday night practice. 

A fun, playful and powerful practice to stimulate both body and mind. This session will allow you to play with the traditional mat based exercises that you know and love but using Pilates Balls and Bands. 

Designed to help you understand how your body works with movement, to create strength and support physically and at the same time to give you mental strength and focus!
