Pilates builds strength from the inside out by targeting deep postural muscles to improve muscle tone and give you great posture. Exercises are non impact and performed in standing, seated and lying positions with the focus on body alignment and core stability. Unsuitable for Pre & post natal women. This course is for mixed levels.

The perfect way to either start or get back to exercise after having a baby. Suitable for mums from 6-8 weeks post pregnancy with clearance from a medical professional.

This session is designed to be fun and friendly and all about being kind to the body and mind, encouraging you to reconnect with your core post birth.

You will be guided through a full body strength and tone practice that will ease your body gently towards a greater sense of strength, well-being and relaxation. Ideal to ease you back into your regular Yoga, Pilates and pre pregnancy classes.

Ideal for Mums and Pre Crawling Babies.

Super flexible vibe designed to work around you and your baby on the the day ... feeding, nappies, tears, whatever comes our way... pop along and join the fun!

A mindful mix of core focused full body strength work and a deep stretch practice.

Influenced by disciplines such as Yoga, Pilates, Strength trainings and Meditations this workout is designed to awaken the body and rebalance the mind to take us out of the working week and into the weekend... a time to refocus, ground and create joy in body and mind.

This Pilates Class is adapted to meet the needs of individuals with and/or effected by MS, to strengthen and tone the body.

As Both a Pilates Teacher and Registered Specialist Exercise Instructor Debs will lead you through a series of exercises to help you find joy in movement.

For 10 weeks, starting 24th April 2019 at Brave Move.

This session is for anyone with or effected by MS.
